Deposit
An initial earnest deposit will be due.
OCTOBER 2025
Transfer & Purchase
Once theĀ full investmentĀ is transferred, we will purchase the property.
NOVEMBER 2025 - MARCH 2026
Renovate
We will complete a full renovation of the chapel, making it move-in and event-ready for both worship services and private gatherings.
APRIL 2026
Grand Opening!
We will celebrate the Grand opening of the restored chapel on Easter weekend 2026, marking the beginning of worship services and event bookings in this renewed sacred space.
OCTOBER 2027 - OCTOBER 2030
Distribution
Investors will begin receiving regular scheduled payouts starting in Year 3, after the initial two-year renovation and launch phase is complete.
OCTOBER 2030
Return
At the end of the five-year term, investors will receive their full investment back, and the chapel will be operating as a fully self-sustaining venue and ministry hub.
